Lefe Isa is a town in eastern Ethiopia. Located in the Jijiga Zone of the Somali Region. It is administered under the Awbere woreda.
The town is inhabited by the Reer Maxamuud and Reer Faarax subclans of the Jibril Yunis Makaahiil.
